S1 pupil Tammy Smith travelled to Henley-in-Aron recently for the British Jump Rope Speed Championship. Tammy competed in the speed, double unders and double dutch events. Amazingly, Tammy beat her personal best scores and won a medal in every category. Her overall haul of medals stood at six gold, one silver and one bronze. Tammy commented that she was overwhelmed at her success and she now looks forward to her next competition in October.
