As we discussed in our LIVE SESSION on Friday the focus in Week 2 is on developing our reading skills. I have scheduled live sessions for all of the reading groups (see the timetable below for your reading group). Mrs Manning will send you a Vscene link to your email to join the meeting. It is very important that you attend the live reading session. We will be reading and answering questions on the book you read independently on Bug Club last week. I will share the book on the screen and the session will involve reading aloud, questioning, summarising and predicting. All learning will be oral and I have prepared follow up written comprehension questions on the text which have to be completed by Friday.

Today we are going to use the ideas, along with the slow writing structure to form a quality paragraph describing your setting. You can choose any of the settings in the power-point to write a descriptive paragraph about. You can use some of the descriptive sentences from last weeks sentence also. You must follow the slow writing success criteria in slide 3 of the power-point to write your descriptive paragraph.
