REMINDER : It’s World Book Day tomorrow – you can wear your pyjamas and bring in your favourite book to share with us.
Fairtrade Task – Bring in any Fairtrade packaging/labels you have at home by THIS Friday, 8th of March. We will be counting our packaging, and creating a display on Friday.
The time challenge for last weekend was a little bit more challenging this week, but we’re glad to see many more Mathletes.
Well done to everyone who attempted the problems. To be put into the final, answers had to be written with either am/pm or in 24 hour notation.
Well done to Anna who won the grand prize of an Easter egg produced by Fairtrade company, Cadbury.
Look out for future maths problems to join our Mathletes.

Well done to our Mathletes – who solved the time problem over the weekend. Excellent work from Aileen and Morven who scored 6 out of 6. Kieran, Michaela, Kirsty, Catherine, Amy and Ewan also attempted the challenge and performed well.
Each pupil who gave it a go was awarded a competing prize, with Aileen winning the overall challenge prize.
WELL DONE to those who took part. Look out for future challenges!
In Numeracy and Maths today, there were 16 different time problems which pupils had to try and answer. We will be looking again at these next week to discuss solutions!
See you tomorrow,
