About this quality indicator
A positive ethos and culture underpinned by positive relationships and behaviour are key drivers for an improving and achieving organisation. This indicator aims to capture success in delivering improvements to food in school and the experience of children and young people through creating and sustaining a positive ethos and culture. It considers the role of leaders in creating a shared vision for food in school and how effectively all staff and partners have been involved.
