Last term our school held a fundraising event to raise money for the Marie Curie Charity. The whole school took part in a Daffodil Tea, performing songs and poems to our parents, carers and local community members. Last Thursday P6b enjoyed a visit to the local library. We learned how to use the code cracker to help us find non-fiction books. We also enjoyed hearing the librarians favourite story and she told us about the library’s five finger rule to help us see if a book is too difficult.
