Wake Up, Shake Up

Throughout the week we will be offering Wake Up, Shake Up sessions to help us feel energised for the day ahead. Sessions will run from 8.30-9am (Tuesday-Friday) and all parents, carers, pupils and staff are welcome to come along and take part…see you there!

P2a have been busy!!

This week in literacy we have been learning all about magic ‘e’. It changes the sound of vowels to their letter name. We have been focusing on ‘i_e’. During writing we have been looking at characters and their descriptions. Not even the fire alarm and standing in the rain stopped us enjoying our paired reading with P6. We cant wait to take our favourite books to read with them next time.

Our Reading Challenge and Athletic Superstars!

This term for P.E we are doing athletic sports. We made a circuit using hurdles, a quick jump, balance beam, and a trampoline. We had to jump over the benches and move around the room in different ways. It was great fun, especially using the trampoline. Andrew liked using the balance beam the best because it helped him with his balance. Take a look at how high we can jump!

The Final Step of our Journey!

Primary 1a have been very busy in class upon their return to school after their Easter holidays! Term four marks the final step in our Primary 1 journey…what a quick year it has been so far!
