Our Reading Challenge and Athletic Superstars!

This term for P.E we are doing athletic sports. We made a circuit using hurdles, a quick jump, balance beam, and a trampoline. We had to jump over the benches and move around the room in different ways. It was great fun, especially using the trampoline.

Andrew liked using the balance beam the best because it helped him with his balance. Take a look at how high we can jump!

For part of our First Minister’s Reading Challenge we continued to read in different places. This time the Smurfs went outside to read in the corridor with Mrs Davidson.

We started learning about Algebra this week in maths and we now know it is just a missing number!!

” Algebra was easier than I thought it was going to be ” – Alesha
” At first I didn’t know what the letter stood for, but now I do. e.g. 5 + B = 8, b=3 ” – Ross
” I liked P.E the best because of the trampoline” – Caitlin

Next week is our Learning for Sustainability Week and we have another high school visit to look forward to!!

” I’m looking forward to the high school visit the most” – Hayley, Logan and Ryan C

Have a wonderful weekend!
