Last day of school 2021/22

Happy holidays everyone. Stay safe and have a wonderful time to relax and reset before we see you all again on August 17th!

To our wonderful Primary 7 pupils and those moving on to pastures new, keep being fabulous, work hard and we wish you all the very best of luck in your new adventures. Remember to come back and visit us all soon. You will always be a part of North Queensferry Primary School.

P7 Leavers Show and End of term

We celebrated our P7’s time at primary school this afternoon. They performed their fabulous Shrek 5: The Return of Lord Farquaad,  show for their family members and fellow pupils. We were lucky enough to have previous staff members present to see this celebration also.

We would like to thank Mr Dennis, Miss Stewart, Miss Dow and Mrs McIntosh for all of their hard work throughout the year.

Trip to Van Gogh Alive Exhibition

Primary pupils enjoyed our first summer school trip for more than two years. We visited the Van Gogh Alive exhibition in Edinburgh and a fabulous day. The exhibition is a multi-sensory experience, allowing children to enjoy the art of Vincent Van Gogh. Pupils also submitted art work for the digital exhibition. We were inspired to do some sketching while we visited the exhibition and rounded off our day with a picnic in Princes Steet Gardens.

Have a look at the exhibition of some of our artwork here:

Jubilee Picnic

The weather managed to stay dry for us to enjoy our Jubilee Picnic out in the playground together. Everyone had a lovely time talking and eating together and we all looked regal in our individual styled crowns.

Shared Start

Thank you to everyone for the wonderful attendance at our recent shared start. It was lovely to have you all back to share the learning and achievements of our pupils in their classrooms. we hope you enjoyed it as much as the pupils did.

Sports Day

Thank you to all parents and carers who came to support our very successful and very soggy Sports Day. It was fabulous to have an adult inclusive celebration together at last-even if it was a little damp…

Congratulations to Illustrious for their Sports Day win!

Fantastic effort and attitudes throughout the afternoon from all of our young people.
