Our Learning P3/4/5 11.11.22

What another week of super learning in P3/4/5.

We have been learning to write some acrostic poems from our Remembrance Day learning. We have worked hard to find our information as to why we wear poppies,  their different colours and what each colour represents. Today we really enjoyed presenting our newly learned facts at our Remembrance service at the church.

In maths we enjoyed exploring the properties of shape with Mrs Waugh using play dough and toothpicks. The discussion and identification of vertices, faces and edges along with much much more was superb.

In p.e. we were working on our ball skills to play netball. We also worked on our Scottish Dances but with a little variation which we look forward to sharing on December 1st.

Have a great weekend of family fun and relaxing and let’s get back to it all again on Monday.
