In yellow room, we have been finding out about Growth and Spring. We have been learning about babies and baby animals. We were very lucky to have a visit to the Ring Farm where we were able to feed some lambs.
We have planted some sunflowers seeds and cress seeds, and we will continue to watch them grow. Our art has been inspired by flowers which we have seen on our community walks. Our new nursery rhyme has been “Mary, Mary, Quite Contrary.”
Our Maths this term has included measurement, where we have explored big and small as well as long and short. We have also been sorting coins and counting out amounts using 1p coins. Our songs has been “5 Currant Buns”.
