What a week! Well done to all the P7a families.👨👩👧👦
We have had another busy day at home learning and I feel like the luckiest teacher after seeing all your hard work on Seesaw. 😇
Please mark your maths using a calculator today.✅
You have done an amazing job at your first week of learning from home.🏡
Thank you for all your feedback on Seesaw and remember together we can do this.💪
Have the best weekend at home.🥰
Stay safe and well.🤗
Another super day of home learning!🥰
Answers are on Seesaw for today.✅
I am absolutely blown away by how hard everyone in P7a is working. I have loved hearing your voices, seeing your faces and the pictures of your work on seesaw. Please keep them coming!
Remember to use the notes on Seesaw for as much of your work as you can, I have visions of paper shortage soon. 🧻
See you tomorrow for our last day of home learning this week.🤗
Have a lovely evening everyone!😎
Fantastic work again today P7a!🤩
Lovely to see lots of photos on Seesaw of all your learning at home so far.😍
Remember, this is new and we are all learning together. 💻
Hoping to see some more children join in over the coming days.📱
Answers for today’s maths are on Seesaw.✅
Upload some self assessment comments once you have marked your work. Looking forward to seeing how you got on.🙌
Have a lovely evening everyone!🤗
Another really busy and successful day today. I loved hearing and watching recordings of your diary entries. It was so good to see you and hear your voices on Seesaw. 🥰
Lots of wonderful photos being uploaded of all your hard work, this was great to see too. Anyone who I haven’t seen or heard from, I look forward to hearing from you soon.🤩
I’m starting to think we might run out of paper before the end of the week. So just wanted to remind you all, that you can add notes and type straight onto Seesaw instead of your jotters.📖
Also if you prefer to type on a computer or laptop then please don’t feel you need to print it off, just take a photo to upload on Seesaw if you wish.🤗
Well done for another successful day!🙌
Have a lovely evening.😊
To all my amazing P7s,
You are amazing.
You’ve worked so hard, not just in p7, but for your whole primary school journey.
You’ve made friends, negotiated arguments, and taken care of those who were sad or injured.
You’ve conquered your nerves to perform in school shows and read aloud in assembly.
You’ve tried and tried and tried again when your schoolwork was too difficult, or when you fell out with your friends.
You’ve looked out for the younger children and held their hands when they were scared and upset.
You’ve been an ambassador for our school.
I am so proud of you!
So very proud!
Remember all this as we embark on a new journey tomorrow, our home learning journey.
We can do this P7a, we’re the dream team!
The overall winner was from P7 and we have a runner up in our class.
The show must go on…
We sincerely hope that we have the opportunity to perform this to our school community.
Challenge- To build the tallest freestanding tower in 25 minutes using 20 stick of spaghetti, 1 metre of tape and 1 metre of string.
Problem-The tower has to hold a marshmallow at the top.
We used teamwork, communication, co-operation and various problem solving strategies to create the most successful tower.
The winning tower was…….41 cm tall!
