Outdoor Pursuits

The P7s have been busy working with their new friends to build their confidence and face their fears! Emma has been been trusting her leader on a blind trail, Amy and Emily have been climbing an inclined log and Lauren has relied on the support of her new friends to tackle the ‘Mohawk walk’.  Dean and Josh have been learning about safety in archery and we have all come together at supper time to reflect on our outdoor learning experiences whilst writing up our John Muir journals.

What will tomorrow bring?!

Off to a Good Start

So, we arrived safe and sound and P7s have been busy finding old friends and meeting new ones! So far there has been tree climbing, orienteering, crate stacking and team building. The food is great and there’s plenty of it! The dorms are comfy and we all had a good night’s sleep after a day of fresh air and exploring. The weather has been kind to us so far,  so let’s keep our fingers crossed for more dry weather!

P7 Transition

Niamh, Innes , Rob, Erin and Tiana are continuing their journey towards becoming High School students by visiting Eastwood High School this week.  They will be participating in a carousel of sport activities with their new classmates on Thursday, then completing the week visiting their new classrooms and teachers on Friday.

Have fun – but don’t get too settled!  You still have 4 weeks as Primary 7 pupils!
