Parent Consultation Days
Parent Consultation Days
Parent consultation planners will be made available for you to choose a time that suits you best. These meetings are really important as they provide a more formal opportunity for discussion about your child’s progress within the family centre. For pre school children, this will be the last consultation prior to school and therefore Gary will have your child’s Summative Report to discuss before it being sent to your child’s feeder primary school.

Cara Consultation Meetings
Our Cara Playroom Parent Consultation Meetings are as follows:
Red Group: Monday 7th November
Blue Group: Tuesday 8th November
Yellow Group: Wednesday 9th November
Appointment sheets are available from staff in Cara playroom. Please feel free to add your name to a different coloured group sheet if an alternate day would suit you better.
If none of these dates work out for you, please speak to staff and we will arrange an alternative date/time.
Please do not feel anxious about the meeting – there will be no surprises! We do not wait for consultation meetings to take place if we have any concerns……we would have spoken to you by now so please relax and just come along and enjoy.
Toy Fund Parent Consultation 2015
Following some council efficiency savings we carried out a parent consultation to seek your views. The results of this parent consultation can be read by clicking the following link:
Toy & Fruit Fund envelopes are due out now.
The envelopes are marked with the amount due for each term. Some parents prefer to pay for the full year, some for the term only and some prefer to pay on a weekly basis. Choose whatever method suits you best!
Thank you to all parents who support the FC by contributing to this fund. Let’s continue to reach a 100% contribution.
Parent Consultation Meetings
Cara Playroom Parent Consultation Meeting Appointment Planners are available at the registers for each coloured group. If you have not yet chosen an appointment time – please speak to your child’s keyworker asap.
Dates are as follows:
Red Group – Thursday 7th May
Blue Group – Friday 8th May
Yellow Group – Tuesday 12th May
If your date doesn’t suit – we have added another date on Thursday 14th May.
Please ensure you organise a date for consultation.
Cara Playroom Consultation Dates
Your child’s key worker will be talking to you about the upcoming parent consultations. Please ensure you work out a mutually agreeable time with your child’s key worker. Dates are as follows:
Red Group: Thursday 8th May
Blue Group: Tuesday 13th May
Yellow Group: Thursday 15th May
