The Family Centre has excellent links with outside agencies including speech and language therapy, educational psychologists and occupational therapy.

We understand the importance of well planned, high quality transitions and therefore have built strong relationships with other establishments. These enable children to feel safe and secure whether they are starting nursery or moving on to school.

Each year we have two developmental reviews which include all multi agency professionals that are involved with the child. The team of professionals generally includes the, Depute Head of Centre, the child’s key worker, teacher, Educational Psychologist, Social Worker, Health Visitor and the Family Learning Co-ordinator.  Other professionals may also be invited to attend where appropriate.
