Class Cumbrae were delighted when Samuel’s mum delivered the Sensory Christmas tree he had helped to make as part of his homework.
Well done to pupils from classes Staffa and Tiree who took part in the Community Unity Christmas Service this morning at Newton Mearns Baptist Church with St Cadoc’s and Crookfur primaries.
We are so proud of all our pupils who sang in the choir and a big well done to Anna and Freya who both had a reading to perform.
Well done to everyone who took part in another amazing Community Unity Event.
Everyone had a great time making new friends and dancing together at the ceilidh.

Classes Staff and Jura had a wonderful Christmas outing to the Sealife Centre at Loch Lomond Shores.

Elf on the Shelf had a great time in Class Bute.
The magic elf used the hoist to lower himself down to the floor to steal a present with David using his head switch to play the Mission Impossible background music. David thought this was hilarious.
Then it was off to the Mod for Reels on Wheels and Elfie even had his own tartan to wear and bells to shake.
The ARC in partnership with Young Enterprise Scotland are recruiting families to be part of this programme.

Tomorrow evening some of our upper primary pupils will be performing at Newton Mearns Baptist Church with the Community Unity Choir.
Our pupils are excited to be singing with their friends from St Cadoc’s and Crookfur primaries.
Good Luck to our senior choir who are carol singing at Busby Women’s Guild tomorrow afternoon.
Congratulations to our Head Girl, Katherine Butler who raised £205 during her baking challenge to bake 60 cakes for her DofE Award.

He had eaten some of their snacks and what a mess he had made.
Mrs McKinnon read them out the letter from Santa and then gave them a cane treasure hunt to complete around the school.
Elf joined them for snack and then Mrs McKinnon gave them a surprise for finding all the candy canes, they were to make decorate a ginger bread house.
Everyone had great fun with elf and excited that their class is now under “Elf Surveillance”.
Class Whalsay were delighted to receive Elf on the Shelf in their class yesterday.
He joined them at Music Therapy and then on their outing to the local pet shop. Alexander loved showing him the fish.
He even delivered some Christmas cards around the school.
Pupils will be having their school Christmas Lunch on Wednesday, 7th December.
