after school clubs

We have now allocated places for After School Clubs up until December 2017.

If your child has been successful in securing a place you will now have received a confirmation text.  If you have not received a text then unfortunately on this occasion your child has not been allocated a place.

As there are numerous clubs running from September to December we would ask that you take a careful note of when your child’s club begins and ends and any dates that it will not run to avoid any confusion.  Limited clubs will run during the week of Parent Interviews (week commencing 6th November 2017).  If you do not have the original schedule this information is available on the school website:

Could we also ask that if your child is unable to attend any of the sessions that you telephone the school office in advance (or as soon as possible if a child has forgotten to attend for any reason)?  As you will appreciate, the safety of your child is of utmost importance and leaders of the clubs must account for any absence on their register.  A telephone call from you prior to the club means that the school does not have to contact you about the whereabouts of your child.
