We know that our children learn most successfully when school and home work together in tandem. Our children learn a great deal both within and out with the school environment. We continue to work very hard in consultation and collaboration with our families to find even better ways to engage parents and carers in the learning process.
Following ongoing consultation with the Parent Council, we regularly ask for perspectives and feedback in order to make the activities, themes, channels for communication and events work the best that they possibly can for our families. Periodically, we will gather information through surveys, for example when we asked for your perspectives in a whole school survey during November 2017. Our House and Vice-Captains alongside members of our Digital Leaders Pupil Group questionnaired many of you and we had over one hunderd and eighty responses. These were collated and shared in our November/ December Newsletter 2017 and are also available below:
We will continue to welcome your ideas and will build upon these in the ways that we aim to embrace our families in learning together.
