For the attention of parents / carers with children attending after school clubs.
Dear Parent / Carer
A register is taken at each after school club and any unexplained absence has to be accounted for to ensure the safety of your child.
If your child is unable to attend any of the after school club sessions could we please ask you to telephone the school office to report their absence and then this information can be passed to the leader of the club.
