This week the class were tasked with creating Quorn tacos and an avocado and tomato salad. This focus of the week was to create further independence in the kitchen by following the recipe given when collecting their ingredients and starting the cooking process. This provided the class with the opportunity to select the appropriate amount of ingredients and prepare each ingredient according to the recipe and apply the skills they have been developing over the course of the pathway.
The class are now preparing for their Mexican Fiesta Showcase!
Primary 6.21 took part in a code-along-event using mirco:bit. During the course of the event they focused on the importance of creating safe passwords and made their very own password generator. At the end of the session they entered their passwords into a strength checker to see how likely it would be cracked.
