Wider Achievement Targets – Silver (1/6/21)

Our fortnightly Wider Achievement Tasks which count towards your Silver Award have now been selected by your class teachers.

The focus of your tasks may include one or two of  the 4 Capacities of Curriculum for Excellence.  So they may encourage you to be Responsible Citizens, Effective Contributors, Successful Learners or Confident Individuals.

Class teachers will be looking for evidence of you working towards these targets at school or you may even do this at home, so please share it with them.

Keep up the good work superstars!

Summer Activities with NCDT

A message from the New Cumnock Development Trust.
‘NC Parents/Carers I am looking for your help!  I am currently in the early stages of looking at the potential delivery of some activity for young people over the Summer Holiday period!

I would really appreciate it (if relevant) if you could complete the below form answering a few short questions about what you think your child would like to get up to in the holidays!
Thanks!
Tammy’

Sports Day Covid Style!

This year at New Cumnock, unfortunately we will still not be able to complete our usual sports day over at the Glens Park. However, we have followed Covid protocols and came up with a super alternative! We are going to take part in sports day at school within our class bubbles. All of the information is explained in the video below as well as the document attached!

Good luck to all and remember to wear your house colours on the day you are completing the activities if you can!
