Our Curriculum Overview is ‘ a work in progress’ and is reviewed, evaluated and updated each term as staff and pupils work together. Level and Whole School reviews are held termly to ensure our curriculum provides :
- Challenge and enjoyment
- a Breadth of experiences
- continuous Progression
- opportunities for Depth by developing different types of thinking and learning
- Personalisation and choice through responding to individual learning needs
- a Coherent experience by linking different aspects of learning and applying skills
- Relevance by learners understanding the purpose of their activities and how it applies in the past, present and future.
