Activity 1 – Special Times

Focus – I can talk about times which are special to me.

Look out a baby photograph of your child and yourself if you have one.  Talk about the difference in time from then till now, how they have changed, how you have changed, etc.

 

Activity 2 – Organising Time

Focus – I am beginning to have a sense of how we organise our time.

Talk with your child about what future plans e.g. what we will be doing at the weekend. Talk about there being two days to do things in, and use the names Saturday and Sunday.

 

Activity 3 – Ordering Time

Focus – I can order times of my day and other events in the year.

Look out photographs of your child, especially ones taken at important times of the year. This should generate plenty of discussion about ages, seasons, and the order of events.
