It’s the end of the second term and I’m really pleased that we’ve made it through the last two terms. Everyone has worked hard and should enjoy a well earned break.
Having said that, I often set holiday homework for anyone that is at a loose end and as I didn’t do it for the last holiday here’s some ideas for anyone that is stuck in on a wet day. This is optional and you should only attempt this with permission:
- Cardboard box / diorama project (as discussed in class and see above).
- Art work
- Keep a diary of what you do in the holidays
- Make a presentation
- Mini Science Project
- Make a movie
- Write a Fact File
- Practice Duolingo
- Something about anything, anything about something
- iXL challenge (woosh for every 100 hundred questions at a challenging level)
For any of the above think about some of the things that you have learned since August: ecosystems, Judaism, circles, graffiti, discussion text, suspense stories, A Stranger Came Ashore etc.
Good luck if you give something a go.
Best wishes, I hope you all have a good break and see you in 2021,
Mr A
