Looking after yourself and caring for your own wellbeing right now is incredibly important.  At the moment we are all following social-distancing guidance so we all need to change how we are living our lives and keeping well.  This might involve adapting some of the things we already do that we enjoy, or it might mean that we need to find new or different ways to take care of ourselves and others.
