On the 24th of October 2026 Port Ellen primary school have been chosen to sing with the Scottish opera at the high school. The play that we are going to do is a Hansel and Gretel. In that play we are the undead children and have to learn to sing an opera chorus. It will be great fun. We got picked first out of schools on Islay and we were very lucky to get picked.
