Primary 7B were all given the same instructions:
- Fold a piece of paper into 8ths and cut it.
- Cut 2 circles using another piece of paper.
- Make a pumpkin using the paper and glue.
They had the chance to create their own pumpkin based on how they interpreted the instructions. We discussed fractions and what these look like in different forms – we started with playdoh and then practised folding a piece of paper into 8ths. They were then set the task of making a pumpkin which required lots of problem solving and brought great results and creations. Well done P7B!
