Maths – Measure
We have continued to measure objects and this time the children are using measuring tapes.
We have also been exploring the language of measure – longer/shorter, bigger/smaller and heavier/lighter. Some pictures of the children discussing objects that are heavier/lighter.
Writing – Descriptive
This week we began a new writing genre. For the next few weeks we will be focusing on descriptive writing. This week the children had to describe their friend, what they look like, what age they are and what they like doing together. Some examples below-
Outdoor Learning
On Wednesday, the children enjoyed planting trees in the school grounds. They were supported by the P7 buddies. The children really enjoyed spending time with them. Some pictures below.
