Numeracy and Maths- Patterns and Relationships
This week we have been looking at patterns. The children have been copying, continuing and patterns using cubes, beads and colours. Some pictures below-
Writing – What Happened Next?
This week we continued with our narrative writing genre. The children had to use their imagination to descibe what might happen to Jack and his mum now that they have the golden goose. We had lots of great ideas including, buying a golden palace, getting Daisy the cow back, buying more farm animals etc. Some super examples below-
Learning Through Play
Part of our classroom has been turned into a doctors surgery complete with a reception and waiting area, an examination bed, PPE, bandages, plasters etc. The children absolutely love it and have had great fun bandaging each other up, listening to their heartbeats, taking x-rays etc.
