Deans Den update!!

It has been another busy week in Deans Den. We continue to work on improving our listening skills as this is a very important skill to master . When you listen well, learning can take place!! One area of learning that has been a success this week is developing our pencil control. Andrew was proud of his detailed colouring of the number 4 and said ” I’m not scribbling.” Well done Andrew!!

The boys are girls are excited to have snack time together and we made a shopping list of the different foods we would like to enjoy. Some suggestions included apples, bananas and crackers.

As it was bonfire night this week we talked about the different ways of keeping safe but still enjoying the fireworks. We were lucky to have a visit from Fire Officer Steel who talked to us about his job and we enjoyed asking him questions too.

Friday is a special day for Deans Primary School as we celebrate it’s 50th birthday. We look forward to sharing our learning with you, hope to see you all tomorrow!!
