Happy Holidays

Wishing all the friends and families of Bellsquarry a fantastic summer. Thank you for all your support this session.

Thank you also for your donations of shoes to the charity Sal’s Shoes and for Mrs Lambert and Ms Ewing organising it.

Wishing our P7 pupils a fine farewell. Your leaver’s assembly was one of the best ever! Genius having scenes from Gogglebox, Dr Who, X Factor and the very funny Car Pool Karaoke. You are all stars!

Happy holidays ☀️

A fond farewell from Mr Todd

The time has come to say goodbye to the wonderful community of Bellsquarry Primary School. It has been a true joy and privilege to work with the children, staff, parents and partners of Bellsquarry over the last few years and I am overwhelmed by the cards, gifts and messages of support from everyone associated with the school. A heartfelt thank you to you all.

Leaving this wonderful school was a really difficult decision, but as I will still be working within the James Young High School Cluster it means I haven’t entirely left the Bellsquarry family – something which gives me some solace as I move on. I wish everyone well in their own journeys, wherever they may take you.

Good luck for the future, and thank you all.

Butterfly World and Vogrie Park

We had a fantastic time on our trip yesterday! We learned lots about the lifecycle of a butterfly and many other animals like snakes, millipedes, spiders and stick insects. Thank you to Kev and the ButterflyWorld team for such a brilliant tour!

P7 enjoy lunch at Pizza Express

Primary 7 went to Pizza Express for a treat!

We enjoyed garlic dough balls, pizza, pasta and chocolate brownie! We even wore hats which we decorated with stickers.

It was great to be out with our friends before we head off to James Young after the summer.
