We’ve loved learning new songs in french with Mrs Roy this term and learning how to “sing in the round” with Mrs Gaspar. We now know the days of the week, can name some of our pets and greet one another asking how our friends are feeling. Our calendar is written in French and we’re all trying to order our lunches en francais!
Our Harvest Service was held in the church at Polbeth yesterday and we had a wonderful walk through the trees and the park to get there. It was a beautiful, sunny, autumn day and a lovely setting for our Harvest celebrations. We each created pictures, Harvest thoughts and messages to share and had great fun singing our favourite Harvest songs.
Today we were invited to Share the Learning with P4 and found out all about the Vikings. We were really impressed with the models, reports and posters P4 had created and how much information they had researched.
After the holiday, we’re looking forward to completing our Rainforest factfiles and beginning preparations for the presentation of our Nativity.
Have a happy holiday everyone!
