Great meeting last night of the Parent Council. Parents are doing lots of positive things to help the school and enhance our children’s learning from assisting with road safety to celebrating National Book Day to social & fundraising activities. We also heard from Ms McMaster who told us all about the focus for the school year.

Parent Council has paid for charging units and tablets which together with what the school bought allows 3 tablets in every classroom including nursery. These will help children’s learning.

We also agreed last night to release funds for books and learning games for classrooms that need it.

After that, our plan is to raise funds for playground trim trail / jungle run and games. Exact cost of this is unknown at the moment so we need to put together a project team to help the school design the best option for them. Do you have an expertise in this? We would welcome your help.
