In PE we have been playing games of bench ball. We wanted to focus on improving our use of space and have been playing ‘catch the tail’ games to help us to do this.

As part of our rainforest topic, we have been learning about the life cycle of a frog. We used our literacy skills to write notes about the different stages of the life cycle. We then made these into a diagram with pictures to help explain the information.

We have started information handling this week. We have been drawing our own bar charts and line graphs. We came up with a list of success criteria to help us when creating graphs. We linked this to our topic work as one of our graphs was about types of trees and another gave information about the average monthly rainfall in the Amazon.
