P6 Blog
This week in P6 we have been very busy.
In science we were learning about how your mouth and nose work together to let you taste things. We did an experiment to see how you would taste things if you couldn’t smell. We fed our partner some apple or potato and they had to guess what food it was while they were covering their eyes and nose. Then we did the same thing with the other food.
On Wednesday we wrote descriptive poems about Scotland. We had to include interesting vocabulary to make our lines stand out. When we finished it turned out very good.
In maths the circles have been looking at decimals and percentages. We were looking at 2 decimal place numbers and subtracting them from other numbers.
Next week we will recite our Scottish poems to each other!!
