One of our favourite things since starting Primary 7 has been working with our Primary 1 buddies. We have been helping our buddies to get settled into school. This has involved being responsible for helping the Primary 1s to get organised in their cloakroom and get ready for break and lunch times and also at the end of the day.
We have been busy preparing for the first class assembly of the new term. Our assembly is going to be about the summer of sport and our hopes and dreams for the future. To help us with this, we have been writing our short term aims that we hope to achieve during Primary 7 and also discussing our ambitions for the long term.
Another thing that we were looking forward to as Primary 7s was being able to sit at the top table at lunch times! We now have a table where we are always able to sit with our friends. With this comes the responsibility of keeping it clean and setting a good example in the lunch hall.
We are particularly looking forward to starting our WW2 topic and also to taking part in the JYHS maths challenge.
