We have been very busy learning new things! We have been learning the steps (including heel toe) for ceilidh dancing – our favourite so far is the Gay Gordons. We also learned how to make a tartan and used these skills to make a kilt. We found out what makes a great poster in Literacy and used this knowledge to make a poster about Robert Burns for homework. We’re becoming poster experts! We have been making owls with Mrs Martin and needed to use cutting and joining skills. In Music we have been learning how to play the african drums (djembe). We have been using rekinreks to develop our numeracy skills. We’ve been having lots of fun!
