Primary Two have had an amazing time during the last few weeks! We really enjoyed role play in our post office and learned lots about the different kinds of forms, stamps , receipts and invoices used everyday in real post offices.

We had lots of fun in drama, re-telling the story of “Room on the Broom” using movement and gesture and have really gained confidence in performing for an audience.

Our class assembly last Friday was a huge success! We planned lots of ideas together and brought in our own costumes for the Katie Morag play. We loved presenting our learning to the school and displaying  some of our design and technology work.

What else have we found interesting and fun in our learning?

“learning to use planners for our writing”

“working with  dot patterns,screens and bunny ears in numeracy!”

” finding out how to log on, set up and navigate challenges using our classrom laptops”

We are  busy preparing for the Nativity and completing our enterprise tasks for the Xmas Fayre too!
