Today we have been learning how to work in a group and write a group story.

First we chose our picture that we were going to write about. We used this to help us plan. We had to describe the picture using adjectives, nouns, verbs and adverbs. We also choose a title.

Then we wrote our starting sentence. It had to hook the reader in. We then each suggested a sentence to continue our story.

Today was our first draft and next week we are going to edit and fix our mistakes, we found that it didn’t always make sense.
