New Year in the Nursery

There have been lots of exciting things going on in the nursery since we came back this term. We have had our first Stay and Play, our library is up and running again with the help of Jack and Jamie’s mums. We have been able to buy a new listening center for the nursery so children can access stories, songs and rhymes throughout the nursery session. We have used the money raised at Christmas Fayre to buy new resources for the nursery which we hope will be arriving soon and we have had new blocks delivered for the children to play and learn with. This week Rong Rong is in to talk to the children about Chinese New Year and let them take part in some Chinese New Year activities.

We have been using lots of different ICT games and Elise enjoyed playing igloo shopping.

It was really tricky to work out what coins we needed but we kept practicing and eventually we got it.maths 004 maths 006 maths 009
