On Saturday 14th May there is a free event taking place at The Helix in Falkirk. It is centred around nature and there are lots of things to do to learn about and interact with local nature.

It was lovely to see pupils looking at the new display in the corridor. This display shows examples of pupil learning in maths across early, first and second level. This is a great way to see how skills in maths develop during their time with us.
Please make sure you have a look next time you’re in school.
Challenge Club restarted today with lots of new excited members!
Our first task was to make geodesic domes using only cocktail sticks and jelly tots! We worked hard to cut the cocktail sticks to size and start to build up our domes. We learnt that geodesic domes are really strong structures made up of interlocking triangles. The pictures show our progress so far!

Our very own Bryoni in P5/4 was the winner for the front cover of the gala day programme. Here she is with her design on the newly printed programme which she kindly brought in to school today for us to have a look at.
Kayla made her alien out of a plastic bottle and a cardboard box, he is called John.
Well done to everyone who completed the challenge, we will display the aliens in school for everyone to see.
