Library Van – Andrew visited us this week in class, P5/4 will be going to the library van every second Thursday. Have fun reading at home.
Oh, my love is like a red, red rose
That’s newly sprung in June
Oh, my love is like a melody
That’s sweetly played in tune
As fair art thou, my bonnie lass,
So deep in love am I
And I will love thee still, my dear,
Till all the seas gang dry.
Till all the seas gang dry, my dear,
‘Til all the seas gang dry my, my dear
And the rocks melt with the sun
And I will love thee still, my dear
While the sands of life shall run
But faretheewell, my only love
Oh, faretheewell a while
And I will come again, my love
Tho’ ‘t were ten thousand mile
Tho’ ‘t were ten thousand mile, my love
Tho’ ‘t were ten thousand mile
And I will come again, my love
Tho’ ‘t were ten thousand mile.

We have been playing a new game called Make a Monty. Have a go at home by challenging someone in your family or a friend. You will need a dice and some paper and pens, remember you have to roll in order, so you can not start the drawing unless you roll a 1, next you are looking to roll a 2 and then a 3, 4, 5 and finally a 6.
We also have enjoyed developing our Sudoku skills. here is an online game where you can try a 4×4 grid then a 9×9 grid for the experts.

We have started our broach making with hama beads for our Christmas enterprise and are very excited about selling them at the Christmas fair.

Finally we have also been busy designing our hall displays. Adam and Jades designs were chosen to be created for the hall. All the pupils have worked very hard and been extremely creative.
