Self-Evaluation to Inform Improvement Planning

As a school, we recognise the importance that self-evaluation plays in ensuring excellence for all at Woodhead Primary.   We provided opportunities to engage our entire school community in self-evaluation for self-improvement in May 2018.

Through a questionnaire completed during Parent/Teacher consultation evening and a ‘SWOT analysis undertaken by the Parent Council, we gathered the views of our parents/carers:


 

The progress made in the 2017/18 Improvement Plan was evaluated by the staff team and a ‘Standards and Quality’ report was completed to summarise our progress to date:

Using all of this information, we were able to collate an ‘Establishment Improvement Plan’ (EIP) outlining our plans for Improvement for the coming academic year.
