Ritty Tomichen | Reporter Senior pupils undertook the strenuous Maths Challenge on Tuesday the 7th of November. With just 90 minutes to complete 24 multiple choice questions; it is definitely a tense situation to complete the questions. Ranging from angles to prime numbers the challenge truly tests our inner Pythagoras. Results are not published till after a while; however there are threshold marks for Gold, Silver
| Katie Hunter Following the recent Maths Challenge myself and three other 3rd year students accompanied by Mrs McCormick and Mrs McInnes were asked to attend the UKMT Mathematical Circle for a two day event at Govan High School. Two busy days were planned for 20th and 21st of April giving us the opportunity to investigate new mathematical topics.
