As classroom  teachers we are in continual dialogue with pupils, particularly in the Senior School, about studying and homework and revision and reinforcement work. This is an interesting article about what is useful for pupils as they attempt to study effectively:

Education Scotland have paused their face-to-face professional learning activities and events until further notice.  A series of virtual events known as “Education Scotland Wee Blethers”, will mainly be hosted on Google Meet, and HeadSpace, which will be hosted on Microsoft Teams.

Broad General Education resources from Glasgow University

​​This project is a partnership between the University of Glasgow and Education Scotland. It brings together academic staff from the University with education practitioners in schools to create resources which are suitable for use in the Broad General Education. The resources are located in a number of curricular areas such as Social Studies, Modern Languages, RME and Technologies. This project is funded by the University of Glasgow’s ArtsLab.
