ICT Information

We are delighted that Mrs Alcroft, our Acting Depute Teacher, has achieved the Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert (MIE) award – a highly deserved accolade!  The MIE programmes recognise global educator visionaries who are using technology to pave the way for their peers for better learning and student outcomes.

We are very proud of the advances we have made in our use of technology with the support and guidance of Mrs Alcroft.  We were delighted to achieve our Digital Schools Award in 2022 – this award recognises our commitment to enhancing learning through digital technologies and has been driven forward by our pupil Digital Champions. We have now been highlighted as a mentor school to support schools across the country with their digital journey

On this page, you will find a number of useful documents to support the use of digital technologies to support your child’s learning at home.

We have created guides for parents which have been designed to provide support and guidance when using platforms such as Glow, Microsoft Teams and websites such as Bug Club, Teach your Monster to Read and Rapid Reading.  We have also created a list of useful websites to support learning at home.
