Children and young people
Young people in South Ayrshire can benefit from a free, 24/7 mental health and wellbeing support service.
The pandemic has highlighted just how important it is that young people get the right support they need to take care of their mental health.
Togetherall offers a peer-to-peer support community, moderated by trained professionals to ensure the safety of all members. The platform is completely anonymous, which means young people can express themselves without fear of judgement.
Togetherall hosts a fantastic range of resources, all available at the click of a button, including self-guided support courses covering a variety of topics such as anxiety, sleep and depression; self-assessments to gauge personal development; and online articles designed to help members understand more about the issues they may be facing.
You can join Togetherall here by entering your South Ayrshire postcode.
