Whole School Digital Event

We are thrilled to invite all parents and carers to join us for a hands-on Digital Event celebrating the innovative technology our students use every day.

Whether you’re a tech expert or a complete beginner, there’s something for everyone to explore. Come and see how we are preparing our students for a digital world!

  • When: Thursday, 5th February
  • Time: 15:15 – 16:30
  • Where: School Gym Hall & Dining Hall

1. Stay Safe Online (15:15 – 15:30) We’ll kick off with a short, essential presentation on Internet Safety and Digital Resilience. Learn practical tips on how to support your child’s wellbeing and security in an ever-evolving online landscape.

2. The Interactive Zone (15:30 – 16:30) After the presentation, the floor is yours! Dive into our interactive stations:

  • AI Creativity: Try your hand at cutting-edge AI tools within Adobe Express to create stunning graphics in seconds.

  • Coding Corner: Get a taste of programming and see how our students build logic through code.

  • 3D Printing Lab: Watch our 3D Printer in action and even help print a digital design.

  • And much more… Discover the various apps and gadgets that bring our curriculum to life.

Why attend? > This is a fantastic opportunity to see the high-level skills your children are developing and to get some “hands-on” experience with the tools of tomorrow.

We look forward to seeing you there and exploring the digital frontier together!

Renfrew Cluster – School Visit Timetable

To support families in exploring multiple schools ahead of Primary 1 registration, we’ve coordinated visit times across the Renfrew Cluster during the final week of term:

  • Monday 6th October – Newmains Primary: 3.30–4.00pm
  • Tuesday 7th October – Kirklandneuk Primary: 3.30–4.00pm
  • Wednesday 8th October – St James Primary: 3.30–4.00pm
  • Thursday 9th October – Arkleston Primary: 3.30–4.00pm

Families are invited to visit each school via the front entrance at 3.30pm, where they’ll be welcomed by the Senior Leadership Team and shown around the Primary 1 teaching spaces and communal areas.

Further visits will be arranged as part of the transition programme running from April to June 2026.

Our New Primary 1

We’re delighted to share that our wonderful school featured across Renfrewshire Council’s communication channels on the first day back in August! A short video of the first day can be viewed below.
