The following baseline questionnaires have been created in the Glow Forms format. These questionnaires have been extracted from Applying Nurture as a Whole-School Approach: a framework to support the self-evaluation of nurturing approaches in schools and early learning and childcare (ELC) settings. Please feel free to amend for your establishment’s use.
To use these, log in to Glow -> click on the relevant link (below) -> this will open a new tab -> press ‘duplicate it’. You will then be able to edit the questionnaire to suit your establishments’ needs. The form will automatically save in your Forms tab within Office 365 Glow tile.
