Good afternoon everyone, it’s that time of the week again. Please keep reading for your homework and reminders.
Spelling: Please complete list o for oa or soft c in your spelling homework jotter for Thursday. You should complete a new task of your choice from the spelling homework activity grid you were given. If there are any you are unsure of please let me know in class and I will go over them with you. Please remember to complete all of the activities before repeating one.
Book Detectives: Your Book Detectives Homework is due for 13th December and can be found here.
There will be no Book Detectives homework for next week. Our reading homework will begin again after the Christmas break.
Personal Reading Challenge: This challenge is ongoing for the term. You have 1 week left of the challenge. Since you have no Book Detectives reading to complete at home for next week, I would like you to increase your reading for this challenge. This will give you a little more time to work towards the challenge target of at least 4 books.
Please remember to record the books in your reading passport, which is kept in class, as you finish them.
Maths: This week I have posted another set of worded problems on your maths homework blog. Please complete these in your maths homework jotter. As always, please read each question carefully. You should ensure you are showing workings AND giving a full sentence answer. This homework is due for Thursday.
Both group 1 and group 2 can find their maths homework here:
Please remember to access the Multiplication and Division Trainers for extra practice. You can access it using the links below. Also remember we have started up our Table Challenge again, we are going for green!
