Welcome to Primary 2b’s class page!

Class Teacher: Miss McLean

Primary 2b class of 2023-2024 have had a busy and exciting start to our year! We have settled well into our new classroom and routines, taking time to build relationships as a class family.

We are working hard everyday on demonstrating our Barsail HEARTS values both inside and outside of the classroom. 💙

We continue to enjoy learning through play and completing our daily challenges, always aiming to go over and above!⭐

Last term we absolutely loved Talk for Writing and our model text How to Catch the Evil Pea. We spent time learning about instructional writing then created plans and made traps to catch the pesky veggie. We were SO glad when we eventually caught him and put him back in the freezer!

Our new model text is the Gruffalo,  we will focus this term on adjectives and sentence structure. Please follow our learning journey and success sharing via our Seesaw page.
